You sent me the same watch in a different colour, I returned the item at my own cost and asked for a replacement but you just refunded the price of the watch without any postage costs. I looked and found you were out of stock of the one I ordered, so in my opinion rather than contact me informing me that the watch I ordered was out of stock, you just sent the other version hoping that that would do and I would accept it.
