However when I came to use the stop watch there seems to be only small font numbers which are unreadable for me when running. Charging lead is the worst I have ever had - cheap and very short and difficult to connect. Battery life is very good but the above points have been a disappointment. What smartphones are compatible with the Motion Smart Watch?
Our Smart Watches are compatible with all smartphones with operating systems Android 5.1 or above or Apple IOS 10.0 or above.
Is the watch waterproof?
Sekonda smart watches have a water resistance rating of IP68. Our watches are protected from dust and continuous immersion in water up to a depth of 1.5 metres for a maximum of 30 minutes but is not recommended for swimming or watersports.
Does the watch support google play?
You can download the HitFit Pro app from the google play store.
Does it have GPS and can it be linked to external apps e.g. Strava or equipment?
Sekonda Smart Watches do not have GPS or work with external app such as strava or external monitors, equipment or apps such as Strava or chest straps. However when using sport mode your distance will be tracked and you can get real time weather updates to your watch by enabling your location settings in the HitFit Pro app.
Can I answer calls from my watch?
You cannot answer calls from your watch however you will get messages, email and social media notifications right to your wrist.
What materials is the watch made from?
Our smart watches have a plastic case, silicone straps and a pin and buckle clasp.
What is the size of the case and strap?
The case is 36mm and the strap 20mm wide.
Can I get a replacement screen protector or charging lead?
If you are in need of a replacement screen protector or charging lead, please contact our customer service team via the contact form on our contact page. Replacement items may come at an extra charge unless the product was faulty.
Can you use Google Pay or contactless payment methods?
