What aftercare services do we provide?
We look after our customers - and their watches.
Despite being a volume selling watch brand, we always aim to offer our customers a premium support experience. Our excellent customer service means that we can provide support with any issues or queries that you may be experiencing.
We have a dedicated and compassionate aftercare service team who make it their utmost priority to provide a service of care for all our watches and customers. With a collective experience of over 75 years in the watchmaking industry, their combined skill set offers an incomparable service, aiming to resolve any issues or necessary repairs. At our warehouse in Leicestershire, we keep spare parts for watches that date back as far as 50 years old. This means we can repair watches that may hold great sentimental value.

In addition, your Sekonda watch is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. During this period, we will exchange or repair at our discretion, any defective components.

At Sekonda we are very passionate about our watches and our customer service. To ensure our customers are getting the most out of their watch, we will always endeavour to repair watches at a reasonable fee, if outside of the guarantee.
