Disappointing. The main part of the watch is made out of cheap silver plastic. Looks like a kids Disappointing. The main part of the watch is made out of cheap silver plastic. Looks like a kids toy. The strap is nice but you can't change the size yourself so added cost here. I wouldn't recommend due to the cheap plastic element. Very disappointing.Disappointing. I have received only a watch strap, but different to the one ordered, which is no use without a watch! This was a few weeks ago and It still hasn’t been resolved. Customer service is taking over a week to get back to emails and making obscene suggestions. I’m so disappointed. I was ordering to start a fitness programme- the programme has started now. Should have stuck to an Apple Watch like I have for many years, I was looking forward to a change up. Would not order again. No watch, no money back - fraud !
