SMART APP FAQ'S

Can I move my data from the HitFit Pro app to the Sekonda Smart app?

Unfortunately you cannot move any data recorded on the HitFit Pro app over the the Sekonda Smart app.

If I already have an account on another app, do I need to make an account on the Sekonda Smart app?

Yes, you will need to make a new account on the Sekonda Smart app. Data cannot be migrated from another app to the Sekonda Smart app, but you can use the same email account as your previous account.

Which Smart Watches are compatible with the Sekonda Smart app?

Currently the Sekonda Smart app is only compatible with Sekonda Smart Watches including Active, Active Plus, Motion, Motion Plus, Track and Connect. Currently the app is not compatible with the Sekonda Alpine Smart Watch or Sekonda Flex Smart Watch.

How can I leave feedback or get in touch?

There is a feedback section on the Sekonda Smart app. Here you can also contact us via our email feedback@sekonda.app

The app can't find my watch to pair it to the app.

Before trying to pair your Smart Watch with the Sekonda Smart app, please ensure that the watch is not paired to any other apps or smartphones as the signal will not be picked up from devices already paired to a device. If you are still having trouble, try closing the app and resetting your Smart Watch in the watch settings (please note this may cause data loss). Once the watch has reset, re-open the app and try to pair the watch again.
