Download the Sekonda Smart App on your smartphone and pair your watch with the app. To do this you must open the app and accept the permissions. From there you an choose whether to create an account or continue as a guest. The app will then scan for devices to connect to. Your Motion Plus Smart Watch will have a unique Bluetooth name starting with 'Sekonda' followed by letters or numbers. Select the correct name and your watch will connect to the app.

Once the app on your smartphone is paired with your Smart Watch you can synchronise all your data to keep track of it. To do this, go to the app and swipe downwards on the home screen, 'synching' will then be displayed at the top of the page. You must sync your data every day so you don't loose any of your activity or progress data!

To stop recording data or end a session, press the button on the side of your Smart Watch.
How to customise your Smart Watch:
A great feature of the Motion Plus Smart Watch is that you can customise your display screen with any image or theme that you want. The Motion Plus already has 12 build in watch faces to choose from and over 100 more pre-set designs which you can download from the Sekonda Smart App. To change your screen style, press and hold the centre of your home screen (displaying the clock) and then swipe through the styles, when you've chosen one just tap to select it. To add your own image to your Smart Watch open the app and tap the watch face icon at the bottom of the screen. The Sekonda Motion Plus Smart Watch has a water resistance rating of IP67. This means that it is protected from dust and continuous immersion in water up to 1 metre for 30 minutes. It is splashproof and showerproof, but we do not recommend wearing it whilst taking part in swimming or watersports. If you do get your Smart Watch wet, always dry it with a soft cloth and do not use any heated equipment (i.e hairdryers) to dry your watch.
